Warwick Business Owner Presents $5,000 Grant from MDRT Foundation to The College Crusade of Rhode Island
Gift provides funds to support college access and readiness programs for RI’s low-income urban youth

Providence, R.I., August 4, 2010 – Leonard Martin, of Warwick, R.I., secured a $5,000 grant from the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) Foundation on behalf of The College Crusade of Rhode Island. Representing the MDRT Foundation, Mr. Martin presented the grant to The College Crusade in an awards ceremony held on August 4, 2010, at the Community College of Rhode Island, Liston Campus, Providence.
Leonard Martin, CSA, is President of Leonard Martin & Associates, Inc., located in Warwick. An MDRT member and an active supporter of The College Crusade, he nominated and endorsed the grant application. The funds will help support year-round college access and readiness programs for thousands of the low-income urban students in Rhode Island.
The MDRT Foundation (http://www.mdrtfoundation.org) was created in 1959 to provide MDRT members with a means to give back to their communities. Since its inception, the Foundation has donated more than $23 million in 67 countries around the world and all 50 U.S. states.
