Crusader Honored with Scholarship

Brian Estrada was awarded the Laura Rendón Community Service Scholarship during the 2009 Youth Leadership Summit for GEAR UP participants hosted in San Francisco last month! The $1,000 scholarship is given on the basis of a written essay and the recipient’s contributions during the national summit. Only two scholarships were awarded. Congratulations, Brian!

Crusade Staff Gears Up

Walkathon Raises $2,500 for Children

On June 24, students from the High School Crusade Advisory Board delivered a check for $2,500 to The Tomorrow Fund, which provides daily financial and emotional support to children with cancer and their families receiving treatment at Hasbro Children’s Hospital in Providence.
