As a farewell to the end of school year 2007-2008, Ms. Ginny, College Crusade Advisor for Springfield Middle School in Providence, gathered a few 7th and 8th grade Crusaders as volunteer readers at West Broadway Elementary. During the free period for 2nd graders in the afternoon, project leaders Adeliris Sanabria and Julio Tenas organized a group of Crusaders to assist them in reading to the younger students. Among the books they read, Hello, Red Fox was an eye catcher for the students and their teacher, Mrs. Martello. The Crusaders at Springfield Middle School are looking forward to another community service project next year!
