International Night at Shea
An energetic team of Crusaders at Shea High School in Pawtucket decided to dedicate themselves to organizing the school’s International Night this year. They took it on as a leadership project under the guidance of College Crusade Advisor Alicia Procter. Held on May 13, the event was a multicultural feast with lots of fun and entertainment – and close to 200 Shea parents in attendance. Food editor Gail Ciampa of The Providence Journal came to see what it was all about and went away impressed! She wrote a great review of the event. Crusaders participating in the project were Antoinette Archambault, Angel Castro, Amber Charette, Suely Daluz, Marie DaSilva, Shanice Fortes, Stephanie Lopes, Elton Monteiro, Michelle Rodriguez, and Vanessa Xavier.
